Who We Are

Visemi Foundation is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Silicon Valley, dedicated to connecting Vietnamese talent with global opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Through education, mentorship, and industry partnerships, we empower the next generation of engineers to thrive in high-impact technical roles and become future leaders in innovation.

Why We Exist

The semiconductor industry faces a growing talent shortage, especially in highly skilled engineering roles. At the same time, Vietnam is home to a rising generation of bright, driven engineers. Visemi Foundation bridges the gap between potential and opportunity by delivering industry-aligned training and mentorship, preparing Vietnamese professionals to meet global demands and advance cutting-edge technologies.
